JCDecaux Launches Hamilton SMARTFRAME
JCDecaux New Zealand is continuing to expanded its national SMARTFRAME network with the launch of a new site in Hamilton, in the heart of the Waikato. This latest addition brings the SMARTFRAME network to 38 digital sites nationwide.
Prominently located on Massey Street, the Hamilton SMARTFRAME sits at the entrance to a key arterial route linking the Dinsdale residential catchment with the city’s retail and commercial core. The elevated site captures steady, slow-moving traffic with high dwell times, making it well suited for extended brand messaging and campaign impact.
Phil Eastwood, JCDecaux New Zealand General Manager, said:
“Hamilton is a strategically important market for us, and the new SMARTFRAME extends our presence into one of New Zealand’s most dynamic regional hubs. This location offers advertisers strong commuter and retail audience reach in a high-attention environment—a clear expression of our brand promise: Be Seen. Be Remembered.”
The site is in close proximity to major retailers including The Base, New Zealand’s largest shopping centre, as well as supermarkets, schools, quick service restaurants and automotive services—making it a central point of convergence for daily activity in the area.
SMARTFRAME is a portrait-format digital screen unique to JCDecaux, designed with a near 9:16 aspect ratio to align seamlessly with digital and social creative. This simplifies asset adaptation while ensuring consistency across channels.
The JCDecaux SMARTFRAME network delivers a net reach of more than 600,000 people* over a standard two-week period, providing advertisers with a compelling platform to engage audiences across urban and regional centres alike.
The Hamilton SMARTFRAME is now live.
