MEET THE LEADERSHIP TEAM

Phil Eastwood

General Manager, New Zealand

 

Phil has over 25 years' experience in Out-of-Home media across New Zealand and Australia, leading large sales organisations to maximise revenue growth potential. He has overall responsibility for the New Zealand business including the strategic direction, sales & trading, partnerships, operations, assets, and staff. Phil has experience in every Out-of-Home media channel that exists and uses this to guide the strategic development and sustainable growth of the business. 

 

 

Victoria Parsons

Senior Strategy & Insights Manager

 

With more than 20 years of experience in brand, digital, and media agencies, Victoria brings an agency perspective to the JCDecaux client offering. With a passion for understanding audiences and consumer behaviours, Victoria provides a strategic approach to JCDecaux clients to deliver more effective campaign outcomes.

Working alongside the sales and data teams, she is responsible for the JCDecaux Intelligence Research program that validates the influence of JCDecaux touchpoints using neuroscience and behavioural research methodologies.

Kurt Malcolm

Head of Programmatic and Trading

 

With a passion for data and technology, Kurt has led the data transformation at JCDecaux. Calibre, JCDecaux’s planning and measurement platform, has recently been adopted by the industry as the lead technology platform. Kurt was instrumental in the launch and design of Calibre and continues to be on the shared leadership team, evolving this into a future industry platform.

Recently, Kurt’s focus has changed to leading JCDecaux New Zealand’s programmatic and trading efforts. His commercial acumen and data background have ensured a smooth transition for programmatic, which is now a growth area of our business.

 

 

Adam McGregor

Special Projects Lead

 

Adam has a wealth of Out-of-Home experience in both New Zealand and global markets, having worked in the industry for over 28 years. With a passion for the sustainable future of the media industry, he leads JCDecaux’s sustainable and ESG efforts in New Zealand.

He works on a range of high value business transformation projects, including the JCDecaux Nurture program, supporting start-ups and emerging businesses across New Zealand. He is a key liaison for our collaboration with Maori design studio Haumi.

Teina Bhana

Operations Director

 

Teina oversees all aspects of campaign installation, production of media, and campaign maintenance, and manages a growing Campaign Delivery team. Teina’s team is responsible for the digital scheduling and contextual triggering of all material across the JCDecaux network, as well as the evolving reporting of digital campaigns. Working closely with our Creative Solutions team, the Campaign Delivery team continues to push the boundaries with technology and impactful special builds, delivering more impactful campaigns for advertisers.

With more than 20 years experience in Out-of-Home, Teina brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the industry. Teina was instrumental in the development of JCDecaux FUTURE BANNER alongside one of our print partners. She continues to spearhead opportunities for JCDecaux to deliver more sustainable outcomes through special builds and static recycling.

Jamie Cameron

Commercial Director

 

Jamie is the longest-serving JCDecaux team member, with more than 15 years of tenure under the APN and JCDecaux banners. He is responsible for the management of major contracts with JCDecaux commercial partners and also leads the strategic asset procurement and development initiatives.

Under Jamie’s leadership, APN delivered the first permanent high-resolution digital billboard to the New Zealand market in 2013. With a passion for the digital transformation of our industry, Jamie manages JCDecaux New Zealand’s rapid expansion of digital touchpoints, most recently, with the roll out of JCDecaux’s unique digital portrait SMARTFRAME.
