JCDecaux HEART supports three organisations under the three key pillars of Heath, Reduction of Environmental Impact and Enriching Urban Communities; reflecting the values and commitment of JCDecaux New Zealand employees who selected the partners.  

Catalytic Foundation

Catalytic Foundation, a charity dedicated to building thriving communities by ensuring small community charities have the support they need. The Catalytic Foundation does this by encouraging businesses to be active in the charity sector, through volunteering days, fundraising and donations. The most well-known Catalytic Foundation campaign is the Christmas Shoebox Project, which provides thousands of boxes filled with toys, clothes, and household essentials to families living in hardship across Aotearoa. Kaipātiki Project

The Kaipātiki Project, is an innovative EcoHub based on Auckland’s North Shore. The project operates a thriving native plant nursery and facilitates native ngahere, stream, and estuary regeneration with the vision of restoring New Zealand’s native plants, birds, bugs, and fish to regenerate the planet. JCDecaux also volunteers with Kaipātiki Project during team building days. Find out more.

CURE KIDS

Cure Kids is a charity focused on the best health outcomes for New Zealand children. Established in 1971, it has invested more than $65 million into research to shape and vastly improve the way children who live with serious diseases and health conditions are diagnosed and treated. Cure Kids is the largest charitable funder of child health research with the vision of healthier children, with a brighter future. Find out more

JCDecaux has been working with Cure Kids since 2021 and helps promote the charity’s important work. Through highlighting Cure Kids’ fundraising campaigns, especially the annual Red Nose Day in July, JCDecaux directly enables the organisation’s outcomes through increased fundraising revenue.

 

NEW ZEALAND OLYMPIC COMMITTEE

JCDecaux partners with the New Zealand Olympic Committee and its desires to promote sport, excellence and the Olympic values. As a charity, this important organisation helps fund athletes to focus on delivering world-class performances at the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games and World Championships. Find out more.

Athlete and team success is integral to our national identity and the Committee are engaged in education for young New Zealanders to teach Olympic solidarity and promote active lifestyles in general. JCDecaux’s relationship helps create buzz around sporting events and shares in-the-moment, near real-time updates from Games to widen understanding and increase interest in events. Together both organisations have delivered emotive and innovative Out-of-Home campaigns.

 

OOHMAA

JCDecaux is an active member of the Out-of-Home Media Association of Aotearoa. Working alongside other major players in the industry, we help to promote better outcomes for advertisers through the effective and innovative use of Out-of-Home.
