Objective

Promote McDonald's iconic Big Mac as the leading burger in market.

Approach

McDonald’s and Burger King took their competition to the streets, with both taking over billboards to prove they are either “the king” of burgers or had “the biggest” burger.

Execution

The tongue in cheek creative saw large format billboards with “Long live the king” and a Big Mac positioned in the middle. Both McDonald's and Burger King ran a combination of static and digital and even had cross over on the exact same sites to drive the competitive nature of messaging.
